Currently I work as a professional Photographer, specializing in portraiture and photojournalism. You can see my work at BobbyThePhotographer.com. If you need a photographer for your production, you can be sure I will get great photos without tripping on the SDI cable for the Director's monitor.
I have worked in one of D.C.'s most well known rental houses, DC CAMERA (dc-camera.com)
I worked as an assistant to Erich Roland(DP) in the shop and did checkouts and for a large array of full sized HD Cameras including the Panasonic HPX-3000 and Varicam, the Sony Xd Cam, and the RED ONE. I have an extensive knowledge of both consumer and full sized 35mm adapters.
I learned how to operate and setup mid-sized Steadi-Cams and can handle one quite well, though I have never been to the Steadi-cam School. I also am familiar with a wide range of lights, both HMI and Tungsten and know my way around a C-stand.
I have worked professionally as an AC in D.C. and have shot a number of short films independently. I can operate nearly any HD Camera and offer the aesthetic of a photographer.
I am very familiar with solid state work flow as well.
I have worked professionally as a lighting technician in video production and have extensive experience lighting as a Photographer. I would like to think that I have an "eye"
